Your mission: We are seeking a Hostess to join our team. Bring out your inner explorer and help our guests experience the most authentic Madrid. What will you do daily with us? * Handle customer calls, managing restaurant reservations and updating them accordingly in the computer system. * Manage potential events and special menus in the restaurant. * Report customer complaints, observations, and suggestions, handling them promptly and efficiently in collaboration with your supervisors. * Process payment orders and issue invoices. **Qualifications** ------------------ What would we like you to bring? * Intermediate or higher degree in hospitality. * Prior experience in a similar role (experience in a 5\* hotel is desirable). * Organized individual with attention to detail and prior experience in public-facing roles (luxury profile). * Advanced English proficiency (a second language is a plus).
