Job Summary: We are seeking greenhouse staff in Arrúbal (La Rioja) for sowing, maintenance, and harvesting of crops; irrigation, climate control, and treatment administration; as well as production recordkeeping. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sowing, maintenance, and harvesting of crops 2. Irrigation control, climate control, and application of agricultural treatments 3. Product preparation for distribution and production recordkeeping Position located in Arrúbal (La Rioja), working in a greenhouse exclusively for persons with a disability of 33% or higher. Minimum educational requirement is compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent, basic knowledge of agriculture and greenhouse crop management, and a valid driver’s license to reach the workplace. Duties include sowing, maintaining, and harvesting crops; controlling irrigation and climate; applying agricultural treatments; and preparing products for distribution. Daily monitoring and recordkeeping of production and crop conditions are also required. Full-time morning shift, with salary aligned to the Spanish Minimum Interprofessional Wage (SMI).
