Job Summary: Providing direct care to elderly people in daily activities, emotional and social companionship, multidisciplinary collaboration, and participation in workshops to promote their well-being. Ensuring the well-being and dignity of residents. **Main Responsibilities:** * Providing direct care to elderly people in basic activities of daily living. * Emotional and social companionship. * Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. * Participation in activities and workshops. * Ensuring the well-being and dignity of residents. **Requirements:** * Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate in Care for Dependent Persons or Professional Certification in Social Institutions. * Prior experience in nursing homes or similar centers (desirable but not mandatory). * Vocation for service, empathy, and responsibility. * Teamwork and communication skills.
