Support the environmental strategy in Operations by collaborating on climate transition and adaptation projects, and integrating environmental criteria into production processes.

**Responsibilities**
* Support the definition, execution, and monitoring of the environmental strategy in Operations, focusing on operational data analysis, environmental KPIs, and industrial indicators (energy, water, waste, emissions).
* Collaborate on Climate Transition Plan projects applied to production environments (plants, laboratories, and technical offices), as well as on developing the Climate Change Adaptation Plan and the Nature Plan with impact on operations and supply chain.
* Support Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality departments in integrating environmental criteria into processes, procedures, and decision-making.
* Coordinate the collection and validation of operational environmental information for corporate reporting and external standards (EINF, CDP, EcoVadis, among others).
* Support obtaining and maintaining environmental certifications at operational sites (ISO 14001, ISO 50001, BCorp, etc.).
* Participate in internal and external audit follow-up, ensuring regulatory compliance and implementation of corrective actions.
* Collaborate on energy efficiency initiatives, waste reduction, and resource optimization in industrial and logistics processes.
* Support internal awareness-raising and training activities targeted at operational teams to foster an integrated environmental culture in daily plant operations.
* Support preparation of webinars and awareness materials for key suppliers across the pharmaceutical value chain.

* University degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Biology, or related field. A Master’s or postgraduate degree in Sustainability is desirable.

* Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
* Advanced computer skills: full Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Power BI
