If you want to join an organisation that values our differences, we are looking for you! **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** We are seeking driving staff to carry out discretionary services across the island of La Palma. Some of the services to be performed will include excursions, school routes, transfers, etc. **What do we offer you?** * **Workplace:** Villa de Mazo (La Palma). * **Contract type:** Permanent\-intermittent. * **Working hours:** Full-time. * **Schedule and days off:** Approximate shift from 07\.00\-15\.00; may vary depending on service demand. Rotating rest days. You will have 44 vacation days per year. * **Salary:** €1,639 gross/month (including extra payments)\+ variable component. * **Innovation and professional development:** You will work with the most advanced technologies and fleet in the passenger transport sector. * **Initial training:** You will learn alongside the best team of professionals; we have dedicated training staff who will support you during your onboarding and provide continuous training throughout your professional career. * **Continuous training:** Personalised training plans, including training on 100% electric vehicles, defensive driving, and efficient driving.
