We are looking for a new Sales Assistant to join our current team. The ideal candidate is clearly oriented towards sales, passionate about personalized selling, eager to learn and grow professionally, open-minded, and personally flexible. Excellent customer service skills are essential, along with an impeccable appearance, fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English (additional languages are valued), and prior experience in customer service. We seek a professional who is rigorous, organized, methodical, and detail-oriented. A proactive individual with initiative, who adds value to the company and is passionate about teamwork, flexible enough to adapt to new scenarios, and skilled at collaborating, learning, and building trust-based relationships. We offer an initial annual gross salary of €17\.000,00 (12 payments), an indefinite-term contract with a probationary period as stipulated by the applicable collective agreement. Salary review starting from month 6. Continuous training \+ initial mentoring and ongoing support, as well as job stability. Weekly working hours: 40, scheduled Monday through Saturday, split shifts.
