STORE ASSISTANT – OLOT

Description

We are looking for a store assistant to join our store in Olot. A responsible, organized, proactive, and customer-oriented person to perform tasks related to customer service, advice, sales, and routine store management. We offer a full-time contract, Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 in a continuous shift, job stability, initial training, and an incentive system based on performance targets. Customer service, advice, and sales. Cashier management, payments, and returns. Receiving, preparing, and delivering orders. Restocking products, inventory control, and support during stocktaking. Maintaining store order and proper product display. Using management IT tools (ERP and CRM) and supporting commercial and promotional activities. * Minimum 2 years of experience. Prior experience is not mandatory. Experience in retail, sales, or customer service—especially in apparel, footwear, PPEs, or similar products—will be valued. A positive attitude, strong learning ability, and customer orientation will also be considered favorably. * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: A responsible, organized, and proactive individual with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills. Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. Learning ability and commercial attitude will be considered advantageous. * Permanent employment contract * Intensive working schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1300' to '1450' * Additional relevant information: Working hours Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 in a continuous shift.
