Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and verify alarm signals in Cuenca, ensuring rapid and effective response. Key Highlights: 1. Joining a professional team in a stable sector. 2. We seek a responsible individual with strong reaction capability and attention to detail to join our security team at the Alarm Receiving Center located in **Cuenca**. Your primary mission will be managing and verifying alarm signals, ensuring rapid and effective response according to established security protocols. **Main Responsibilities** * **Monitoring and management** of alarm signals (intrusion, fire, panic, technical). * **Verification of alarm activations**, in compliance with current regulations. * **Coordination of notifications to State Security Forces and Corps** (Police, Civil Guard). * **Telephone support** to clients and technical services for incident management or system testing. * **Detailed logging of events** and preparation of incident reports within the management platform. **Minimum Requirements** * Basic user-level computer skills. * Ability to remain calm under pressure and excellent communication skills. * **Availability to work rotating shifts** (morning, afternoon, night) from Monday to Sunday. **Desired Requirements** * Prior experience in customer service or telephone switchboards. * Residence in Cuenca or surrounding areas. **Additional Assets** * Valid **Professional Identity Card (TIP)** for Security Guards. * Specific training or prior experience in **Security Systems** or Alarm Receiving Centers. **What We Offer?** * Stable employment contract. * Salary according to the **Statewide Collective Agreement for Security Companies**. * Integration into a professional team within a sector offering high job stability.
