Initial Responsibilities (Logistics – Shipments) Reporting to the Logistics and SAC manager, your main responsibilities will be: * Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the department. * Coordinating and planning shipments and deliveries of finished goods. * Tracking orders and shipments with carriers and customers. * Monitoring stock levels and locations of finished products. * Collaborating with Production, Sales, and Planning to ensure deadlines and priorities are met. * Proposing improvements in time management, traceability, and logistical efficiency. Continuous Improvement Responsibilities * Participating in projects analyzing work processes. * Analyzing logistic flows and shipment times. * Identifying and implementing improvements in load management, inventory, and traceability. * Contributing to digitization and logistical efficiency projects. * Supporting coordination with other departments (Production, Purchasing, Quality) to optimize cross-functional processes. Requirements * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Organization, or similar. * Advanced level of Excel and office software tools. * Knowledge of ERP systems and prior experience (or possibility of internship agreement) will be valued. * Rigorous, analytical, dynamic individual with initiative.
