We are currently seeking a Container and Microservices Administrator to join large-scale technology projects, participating in the administration, evolution, and continuous improvement of container-based and cloud-native architecture platforms. The role is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model, with some days worked remotely from home and others onsite at the office, where you can build meaningful synergies with your team. Residency in Spain and valid work authorization in Spain are mandatory. Responsibilities: * Administer and maintain container platforms based on Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes, ensuring availability, performance, and scalability. * Design, build, and manage container images following corporate security standards and software lifecycle practices. * Automate deployments and infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, integrating them into DevOps processes and cloud environments. * Manage vulnerabilities, patching cycles, and change requests, performing technical analysis and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: * Operate and optimize production Kubernetes and OpenShift environments. * Define and implement procedures for upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation. * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure correct implementation of microservices architectures. * Participate in planning, execution, and validation of technical changes following governance and quality procedures. * Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement of platforms and infrastructure. * Produce technical documentation and ensure compliance with operational and security standards. Mandatory Requirements: * 2–4 years of experience managing containers and building container images. * 2–4 years of experience working with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes technologies. * Professional experience using automation tools and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). * Professional experience with Terraform. * Professional experience in DevOps environments. * Professional experience working with public cloud providers. * Experience managing vulnerabilities and executing patching cycles. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams. * Technical experience managing change requests. * Knowledge and experience applying generative AI and AI tools to the role, aligned with Accenture’s commitment to responsible and effective AI adoption. Desirable Requirements: * Professional-level English, both written and spoken. * Professional certifications related to Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud, DevOps, or Terraform. * Experience with relational or non-relational databases. * Experience administering Active Directory. * Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux. * Experience leading technical teams or coordinating technology projects.
