We are seeking a concierge to work in Palma de Mallorca. Basic or ESO education is required, along with intermediate-level computer skills and prior experience in similar positions. Knowledge of occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental management is also important. Main responsibilities include controlling building access, supervising the proper operation of condominium equipment, and receiving mail. Additionally, the candidate must lead evacuation procedures in case of emergency, support the maintenance team, and handle the collection of operating room materials. A full-time position is offered, Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., with a stable and continuous schedule.
