We invite you to join our professional cleaning team to cover services in Sabadell and its surrounding area. Workplace Conditions * **Main location:** Sabadell (Barcelona). * **Working hours:** 30 or 35 hours per week. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday. * **Weekends:** Free! * **Contract type:** Permanent (fixed-term discontinuous or indefinite contract). * **Salary:** According to the collective agreement. Your Main Responsibilities * Cleaning and maintenance of **residential communities**. * Technical and maintenance cleaning in local **factories** and industrial warehouses. * Deep cleaning of **apartments** and private residences. * Specialized treatment and cleaning of **glass surfaces**. * **End-of-construction cleanings**. * Maintenance and cleaning of **parking lots**. Candidate Profile * **Residence:** Sabadell or neighboring towns (Terrassa, Barberà del Vallès, Sant Quirze, etc.). * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year performing similar technical or industrial cleaning tasks. * **Skills:** Prior experience with sector-specific equipment (scrubbers, polishers, steam cleaners) is highly valued. * **Key requirement:** Punctual, detail-oriented, organized individual capable of working autonomously. * **Mobility:** Holding a valid Class B driving license and having a **personal vehicle** is highly valued for traveling between different work sites.
