We carry out design and calculation of projects, supported by our drafters, modelers, and engineers. Our services include in-house projects as well as technical assistance for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset management firms. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to companies at various stages. We are currently seeking a **Building Services Engineer** to work on various **building construction projects** in **Madrid**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Development and review of building installation projects. * Preparation of drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP. * Quantity take-offs and cost estimation. * Monitoring and supervision of installation execution on site. * Review of project documentation and resolution of technical issues. * Coordination with site management, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Supervision of electrical installations, HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, sanitation, and fire protection systems (PCI). * Verification of compliance with technical regulations (REBT, RITE, CTE, and PCI). * Preparation of technical documentation and project reports. **What We Offer:** * Permanent employment contract. * Opportunity to join a leading company in the engineering sector. * Involvement in technically challenging building construction projects. * Full-time position. * Professional training and development plan. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Experience in building installation projects. * Experience in technical offices and/or on-site project monitoring. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Excel. * Knowledge of electrical installations, HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, and fire protection systems (PCI). * Experience preparing drawings, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates. * Familiarity with technical regulations (REBT, RITE, and CTE). * Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and other departments. **If you are considering a professional change and find it appealing to join an established company within the engineering and construction sector, we look forward to hearing from you!**
