We are a social insertion company specializing in construction and renovation projects, currently seeking two bricklayers to join our team. We seek two individuals with minimum experience, enabling them to learn while working at our company. We seek individuals facing barriers to entering the labor market.
Responsibilities: \- Tile and flooring installation. \- Wall and floor leveling (installation of guides, plastering, screeding, and floating). \- Installation of plasterboard and thermal/acoustic insulation materials. \- Grooving and routing of basic cabling. \- Preparation of mortars, cement, adhesives, and other pastes. \- Painting tasks. \- Plumbing tasks.
* Minimum 1 year of experience. One year’s experience in the following tasks will be valued, as well as related experience: \- Tile and flooring installation. \- Wall and floor leveling (installation of guides, plastering, screeding, and floating). \- Installation of plasterboard and thermal/acoustic insulation materials. \- Grooving and routing of basic cabling. \- Preparation of mortars, cement, adhesives, and other pastes. \- Painting tasks. \- Plumbing tasks. A valid driver’s license (category B) is desirable but not mandatory.

* Competencies / knowledge: \- Minimum one year of experience in the construction or interior renovation sector. \- Mandatory: Possession of a municipal Social Services-issued certificate confirming social vulnerability or risk of exclusion. \- A category B driver’s license is desirable (not mandatory).

* Additional relevant information: In addition to possessing one year of experience, the candidate must be socially vulnerable, certified by Social Services.
