Customer service orientation *Cap Vermell Grand Hotel requires a Bartender.* ***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:*** \- *Prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.* \- *Know all bar products and cocktail recipes.* \- *Provide a high level of quality and efficient / friendly service.* \- *Perform opening setup.* \- *Strictly follow established opening and closing procedures for the point of sale.* \- *Ensure the bar counter and surrounding area remain clean and organized at all times.* \- *Handle customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.* \- *Guarantee proper presentation of premium spirits on all shelves with clearly defined quantities.* \- *Deliver friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.* ***SKILLS AND PROFILE*** *We are looking for a dynamic, personable, and strong communicator capable of identifying customer needs and fulfilling them with outstanding beverage service. The ideal candidate must have:* \- *Extensive knowledge of the bartending world* \- *Positive attitude and excellent communication skills* \- *Customer service orientation* \- *Fluent English (spoken and written) is strictly required. Additional languages are an advantage.* \- *Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar position within luxury establishments.* Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract Salary: €1,800.00–€2,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
