Join our F\&B team at Pulitzer Hotels as a Bartender! Duties and responsibilities: * Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature cocktails, premium beverages, coffee, and other drinks in accordance with the hotel's quality standards. * Provide personalized service and advise customers on the beverage menu, recommending products and pairings. * Ensure proper setup, cleaning, and organization of the bar, guaranteeing compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Manage inventory of beverages, glassware, and supplies, reporting replenishment needs when necessary. * Process payments and operate the POS system accurately. * Coordinate with the dining room, kitchen, and management teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience. * Resolve customer inquiries or issues professionally, empathetically, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. * Contribute to creating a welcoming and exclusive atmosphere that reflects Pulitzer Hotels' quality standards. Requirements: * Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in 4- or 5-star hotels. * Ability to work independently and make quick decisions. * A proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure. * High sense of responsibility and commitment to work. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
