URGENTLY NEEDED: A company in the gambling and betting sector is seeking to hire a Parking Attendant in Getafe, Madrid. The responsibilities include: * Receiving customers' vehicles from the Bingo venue for parking in the establishment's own parking lot and returning them upon departure. * Greeting customers warmly and courteously upon arrival, opening car doors, and assisting them in entering and exiting vehicles. * Keeping the parking area clean and organized, ensuring it is free of debris and hazards. * Maintaining clear and concise communication with the reception desk and other staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service. * Handling customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly, escalating issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary. * Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the well-being of customers, staff, and vehicles. * Assisting in maintaining accurate records of parked vehicles, including license plate numbers, vehicle descriptions, and parking locations. * Performing other duties inherent to the position as required by the company but not described above. ***Part-time contract (16 hours per week) to cover vacation periods. Sundays and Mondays only.*** Minimum job requirements: * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. * Minimum of 6 months' prior experience in this role.
