The candidate will work on the **technical configuration of agents, automations, Actions, Flows, integrations, and extensions on the Salesforce platform**, collaborating with functional analysts, developers, and architects. **Responsibilities** * Configure agents using Agent Builder. * Implement Topics, Actions, instructions, and agent capabilities. * Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows associated with business processes and Agentforce Actions. * Implement Agentforce Actions using Flow, Apex, and other Salesforce capabilities. * Develop Apex components when declarative capabilities are insufficient. * Create and fine-tune prompts using Prompt Builder. * Integrate Agentforce with services, APIs, and data sources. * Participate in integrations with Data Cloud / Data 360. * Collaborate on the technical design of Agentforce solutions alongside senior roles and architects. * Perform technical testing, troubleshooting, and incident resolution. * Participate in Salesforce solution deployments and lifecycle management. **Profile** * Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Agentforce. * Over 2 years of experience in Salesforce development or technical configuration. * Practical experience with Salesforce Flow. * Knowledge of Apex and Salesforce development. * Familiarity with Agent Builder, Topics, Actions, and instructions. * Knowledge of Prompt Builder and ability to create and fine-tune prompts. * Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integrations. * Familiarity with Data Cloud / Data 360 is a plus. * Understanding of fundamental AI and generative AI concepts: LLMs, context, grounding, hallucinations, and instructions. * Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills. * Professional English proficiency at B2 level or higher. .
