At present, as a recruitment consultancy, we are seeking an **AI Developer** with expertise in **Power BI** for our client’s IT Department. Our client is a leading company in the livestock and agri-food sector, strongly committed to digitalization, traceability, and the application of new technologies. The selected candidate will participate in developing AI and Business Intelligence solutions with direct impact on business operations and decision-making. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Identify, together with various company teams, opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics solutions. * Design, develop, and implement solutions based on Generative AI, language models, RAG systems, and intelligent agents. * Integrate AI solutions into corporate systems and tools. * Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI. * Analyze information needs across different departments and transform data into actionable metrics, visualizations, and reports. * Participate in the integration and utilization of data from diverse sources such as ERPs, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms. * Apply Artificial Intelligence capabilities to data analysis and dashboards, enabling natural-language queries, automated summarization, and automated analysis. * Collaborate with technical teams and business units to ensure developed solutions meet the organization’s real-world needs. * Document developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and technological tools. * Stay up-to-date with major trends and innovations in Artificial Intelligence, data analytics, and Business Intelligence. **REQUIREMENTS** * Higher vocational training or university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, Data Science, or related disciplines. * Prior experience in technology projects, digital transformation, data analysis, Artificial Intelligence, or Business Intelligence. * Candidates with solid experience in Artificial Intelligence and knowledge of Power BI, as well as those with advanced Power BI proficiency and applied experience or knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, will be highly valued. * Knowledge of Python and experience in developing or integrating AI solutions. * Experience or knowledge of language models, Generative AI, RAG, automation, or intelligent agent development. * Substantial experience with Power BI, including report creation, dashboard design, and data modeling. * Knowledge of DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data integration and processing tools. * A Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Intelligence and/or Generative AI is highly desirable. * Strong analytical ability, problem-solving orientation, and ease in understanding business requirements. * Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments. * Experience with cloud platforms, data tools, and environments such as Azure, Databricks, Dynamics 365, or other enterprise solutions is advantageous. * Prior experience in industrial, agri-food, or livestock-related environments is also advantageous. * Intermediate level of English. **WHAT DOES THE COMPANY OFFER?** * Join a well-established, sector-leading company. * Participation in strategic digitalization, Artificial Intelligence, and advanced data analytics projects. * Innovative technological environment with access to large volumes of data and projects with direct business application. * Opportunity to contribute to the digital modernization and evolution of an organization strongly committed to traceability, sustainability, and continuous improvement. * Permanent contract and full-time working hours. * Immediate start. * On-site work in Lorca (Murcia). * Professional development and continuous training within a growing technology team. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
