Our company needs to hire an **Accountant/Administrative Assistant** with experience in accounting and administrative management, detail-oriented, and possessing solid knowledge of financial and tax accounting. Main responsibilities: * Recording and posting purchase and sales invoices. * Bank account reconciliation and monitoring of financial transactions. * Management and follow-up of suppliers and creditors. * Reviewing and archiving accounting and administrative documentation. * Supporting the preparation and filing of taxes and other tax obligations. * Monthly and annual accounting closings. * Preparing financial reports and analyses using office software, especially Excel. Requirements: * Education in Administration and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification. * Proven experience in accounting and administrative functions. * Knowledge and proficiency in accounting software (NCS, Sage, Contaplus, or similar). * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial and lookup functions, data analysis, etc.). * Solid understanding of taxation (VAT, Personal Income Tax, and other tax obligations). * Ability to organize, plan, and manage priorities. * Attention to detail, confidentiality, and responsibility in handling information. Preferred qualifications: * Experience in consulting firms or finance departments. * Prior experience in accounting departments, performing tasks such as bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and administrative\-accounting management. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal clients. * Additional knowledge in document management and administrative procedures.
