Job Summary: A training center in Granollers is seeking a Training Manager to support the management of training programs, with emphasis on the Integral Plus Program for long-term unemployed individuals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and monitoring of training programs 2. Information provision and student selection 3. Administrative management using official applications (Conforcat, GIA, QBID) A training center in Granollers requires a Training Manager. This job offer is linked to the Integral Plus Program. This SOC program targets two specific groups: \- Long-term unemployed individuals registered as job seekers (DONO), aged 30 years or older. \- Unemployed individuals registered as job seekers (DONO), aged 45 years or older. The selected candidate will support the management of various training programs. 1\. Management of training programs. 2\. Information provision and student selection. 3\. Monitoring of training courses and students. 4\. Administrative management of training through official applications (Conforcat, GIA, QBID). * Experience: 2 years. Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative management of training programs. * Administration and Management * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: • Management of training programs; information provision and student selection; monitoring of training courses and students. • Administrative management of training through official applications (Conforcat, GIA, QBID); proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet usage; knowledge of Conforcat, GIA, and QBID applications; familiarity with the Moodle platform. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Gross annual salary: 22\.000€
