Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented administrative assistant to handle administrative support, customer service, and documentation within a transportation and logistics company. Opportunity to work in a dynamic team You will join the administration team of a food products transportation and logistics company, based at its logistics center in Alcalá de Henares. Main responsibilities include efficient use of IT tools to organize daily tasks, direct communication with customers, and email management according to quality standards. You will also be responsible for documentation (delivery notes and labels), delivery tracking within the area, telephone support for drivers, customers, and other branches, as well as counter service. You will resolve incidents, support traffic monitoring, and perform other duties inherent to the role. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, including statutory breaks. * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience as an administrative assistant in a customer service department and within the transportation or logistics sector. * High level of interpersonal communication. * Proactive and dynamic individual, motivated to learn, capable of resolving day-to-day incidents, and able to work effectively in a team. * Local residence near the workplace is desirable. * \- English language proficiency is desirable. * GM/GS in Administration or equivalent. \- Proficiency in office software at user level.
