We are looking for an **Access Controller** to join the team of our **cocktail bar**. We seek a person with empathy, composure, and strong values of respect to ensure the venue remains a **safe and inclusive space** for the LGBTI\+ community. **Main responsibilities:** * **Entry and exit control:** Manage the smooth flow of patrons entering and exiting the venue, ensuring compliance with the establishment's maximum occupancy limit. * **Maintaining order and a safe environment:** Monitor behavior at entrances and in the main area to prevent any conflict situations, safeguarding an atmosphere of respect, celebration, and safety for all. * **Collaboration and teamwork:** Maintain constant coordination with the bar staff, venue management, and, if necessary, with emergency services or law enforcement. **Requirements:** * Prior experience controlling access at nightclubs, cocktail bars, or events. * Availability during the indicated schedule. **Job conditions:** * **Venue type:** Cocktail bar / Nightlife entertainment. * **Schedule:** From 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
