Description

The warehouse operator position is essential for the efficient functioning of our logistics operations. Key responsibilities include order preparation and assembly, which involves daily receipt of order sheets and manual packing of parcels and boxes. A critical part of the job is the visual inspection and review of components—specifically valves—prior to packaging, performing simple adjustments when necessary to ensure final product quality. Subsequently, products are packaged and labeled following specific protocols for export. Timely operation of machinery—including forklifts and bridge cranes—is required to handle and position heavy valves, although this is not a continuous function of the role. In addition, the operator actively participates in goods receiving and dispatch, performing loading and unloading tasks, verifying delivery notes, and inspecting goods in the receiving area. Warehouse management is also a key responsibility, encompassing collaboration in facility maintenance, organization, and cleaning, as well as physical inventory control and counting. This role demands precision and attention to detail to meet the high standards required in international trade operations, ensuring all processes are executed in a structured and efficient manner. The offered remuneration is 11.72 euros gross per hour. Working hours are adjusted seasonally: during August, an intensive morning shift is scheduled from 07:00 to 14:00. Starting in September, working hours will be from Monday to Thursday, 07:45 to 16:45, and on Fridays, a reduced shift from 08:00 to 14:30. The company provides prepared facilities, including a dining room equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, and utensils so employees can bring their own meals. The work environment is dynamic, promoting teamwork and emphasizing attention to detail for international trade operations. At least six months of prior experience in similar warehouse roles—specifically in order preparation and goods dispatch—is required. It is essential to be a meticulous, detail-oriented, and quality-focused individual—skills crucial for the specific requirements of export packaging. Possession of forklift and bridge crane operator licenses will be viewed favorably, though they are not mandatory. Candidates must be capable of working autonomously based on daily order sheets.
