We are looking for a **Warehouse Manager** with strategic vision and strong execution orientation to oversee the end-to-end operations of our hub, guarantee excellence in logistics flows, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. If you enjoy coordinating teams, optimizing processes, driving continuous improvement, and acting as a key interface between operations, planning, and our logistics partners, this role will allow you to have a direct impact at the core of our daily activities. **Key responsibilities include:** **Operational Leadership** * Lead end-to-end hub operations, ensuring excellence in picking and transportation. * Ensure smooth replenishment and compliance with customer-specific protocols. * Execute supply planning to secondary hubs and DLs. * Coordinate imports, exports, and Interco flows, leading meetings with partners (IDEO, Salvesen). **Inventory & Performance Management** * End-to-end control of inventory, availability, freshness, and quality, integrating data into SAP/Infolog. * Manage cold room and shelving capacity, proactively anticipating risks. * Ensure performance via key KPIs and continuous improvement plans. * Oversee losses, monthly inventories, and CHEP pallet control. * Coordinate and resolve incidents with SPN, minimizing operational impact. **3PL Coordination & Logistics Flows** * Daily coordination with 3PL to ensure TLD flows and continuous improvements. * Lead allocation of loading/unloading slots among stakeholders. * Ensure correct execution of Deployment together with Planning. **Projects & Continuous Improvement** * Implement the new appointment system (YMS) and ensure its proper operation within TMS. * Coordinate commercial plans and resolve identified incidents. * Drive evolution of the operational model by maximizing efficiency without expanding physical space. * Standardize and unify processes and documentation under a common framework. About you * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field. * Experience in logistics operations, warehousing, or end-to-end flow management, with solid knowledge of imports, exports, and Interco flows. * Experience managing operational KPIs, audits, inventories, and high-turnover environments. * Proficiency in SAP, WMS, Office, and Power BI; advanced Excel skills and fluent English. * Analytical capability to translate data into clear decisions, plus strong communication skills, empathy, and resilience to manage incidents and diverse stakeholders. * Availability for split shifts (Mon–Fri) and rotating operational on-call duties on Saturdays.
