We are seeking a Social Educator to work in a residential facility for a long-term substitution, carrying out the following responsibilities: * School, medical, and administrative accompaniment. * Communication and coordination with the Child Protection System. * Drafting social reports and educational projects. * Planning and implementing activities. * Observing, recording, and monitoring the development of minors. * Collaborating in family intervention processes and in established protective measures. * Preparing minors for independent living. Substitution contract, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, full-time. **Qualifications:** Social Education, Social Work, Psychology, etc. A degree in Social Education is not strictly required for this substitution role, though it is recommended. **Collective Agreement:** Protection and Reform. Annual working hours: 1,722; vacation entitlement: 177 hours. **Profile:** A university degree in Social Education is preferred. Degrees in Social Work or Psychology will also be considered. Minimum six months’ prior experience performing the tasks described above.
