Responsible for excellence in customer service Provide courteous, prompt, and efficient customer service in accordance with the company's established work standards and procedures. **We Offer:** * Permanent full-time contract * Salary: €26,100.24 gross annual \+ night shift allowance \+ holiday allowance \+ tips * Excellent working environment where collaboration and camaraderie are fundamental * Opportunities for promotion within our organization **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Ensure excellence in customer service * Responsible for preparing the entire service area * Responsible for accurate order taking and food & beverage service * Responsible for full operation and proper instruction of the POS system * Responsible for cash collection according to established procedures * Responsible for ensuring all operational materials are impeccably clean and properly maintained per procedures * Continuous supervision of service areas and daily operations monitoring * Assistance in coordinating reservations and group bookings * Support waiters and assistants as needed—clearing tables, resetting tables, organizing auxiliary and support tables, serving food and beverages * Resolving service incidents and/or reporting them to restaurant management Would you like to join our family?
