Your main responsibilities will be: * Handle customer complaints and claims and resolve them with the utmost diligence. * Ensure, to the best of our ability, maximum guest satisfaction during their stay, maintaining constant communication with the Guest Service department. * Carry out and adhere to check-in and check-out schedules in coordination with the Housekeeping department. * Have knowledge of the hotel facilities and the Madrid destination to provide guests with appropriate information. * Participate in periodic meetings of the reception department. * Promote internal communication and the use of company-established communication channels (bulletin boards, suggestion boxes, meetings). Salary: €22.00–€34.00 per hour Work location: Periodic travel
