Our portfolio includes brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca, and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets within the Living and Hospitality sectors. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Welcome our guests at the hotel, providing assistance and information, while performing administrative and commercial duties appropriate to your position. * Carry out check-in \- check-out procedures and assign rooms / apartments to guests. * Provide guests with all requested information and services during their stay at the establishment. * Process guest billing. * Handle customer complaints and claims, reporting them to your supervisor for resolution. * Manage and audit daily work performed. **What are we looking for?** * At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role * English proficiency * Additional languages are considered an advantage **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract due to production-related circumstances. * Opportunities for professional development and growth within an expanding company. * Discounts on our accommodations, restaurants, and events.
