




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized receptionist to manage customer service, visitor coordination, and basic administrative tasks, collaborating with the team in a dynamic environment. Serving as the organization’s first point of contact involves answering calls, managing visits, and performing basic administrative tasks such as mail handling and schedule organization. Proficiency with digital tools and collaboration with the team to maintain coordinated workflow are required. This position is located at Mercazaragoza; therefore, candidates must have their own vehicle, as no alternative transportation is provided. Remote work and flexible hours are not available; the position requires full-time attendance. This is a temporary replacement role covering the summer vacation period, with fixed working hours from Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include autonomously resolving common front-desk incidents in accordance with established protocols. Organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and customer orientation are highly valued to perform duties professionally and efficiently in a dynamic environment. A minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in customer service or reception roles is preferred. Basic computer literacy and proficiency with digital tools for administrative tasks are required. Having one’s own vehicle for commuting to the workplace is mandatory. A proactive attitude, responsibility, and the ability to work autonomously are also valued.
