In this position, you will play a key role within the production area, ensuring compliance with quality standards, monitoring the critical path, and identifying potential risks to drive continuous improvement. You will work in an international environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, making a real impact on the quality of our garments. If you are passionate about the textile industry and wish to develop your career in a dynamic, global, and continuously evolving environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * You will lead and monitor the Critical Path, ensuring adherence to key production milestones in both *nearshore* and *offshore* operations. * You will analyze QA team quality reports to identify trends, incidents, and opportunities for improvement. * You will detect and assess production risks through KPIs, sharing key information and alerts with relevant teams. * You will collaborate closely with the Purchasing team to prioritize inspections based on business needs. * You will maintain daily communication with origin inspectors to ensure alignment and operational efficiency. * You will coordinate with factories, suppliers, and partners to implement corrective actions and improvement plans. * You will collaborate with Quality and Purchasing teams in reviewing inspected garments to ensure compliance with our standards. * You will travel to origin factories in Asia to monitor production, guarantee quality standards, and strengthen supplier relationships. **ABOUT YOU** * Degree in Textile Engineering, Production, or Quality Management. * Over 3 years’ experience in production monitoring, either at a brand, supplier, or intermediary. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * A proactive, collaborative attitude, oriented toward effective performance in international environments. **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Enjoy a flexible schedule and hybrid work model tailored to your needs.
