Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to supervise production lines, control the process from mixing to baking, and ensure product quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and control of production lines from mixing to baking. 2. Ensuring product quality in terms of texture, size, and baking. 3. Material management and maintaining a clean and safe workplace. At this food manufacturing plant located in Illescas, we are looking for personnel to work as Production Operators under a full-time temporary contract. Daily tasks include supervising production lines and monitoring each step of the process, from ingredient mixing to final baking. During the shift, it is essential to conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet the required texture, size, and baking standards before proceeding to packaging and labeling. It is also necessary to manage work materials and maintain a steady flow along the production line. This position requires keeping the workplace in optimal conditions of cleanliness and order. This includes cleaning machinery and consistently adhering to safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the entire process remains safe and efficient. Previous experience in production environments, availability to work on Saturdays, personal vehicle or residence near Illescas or neighboring municipalities, and immediate availability to start are required.
