Position Summary: We are seeking an Official Pastry Chef (Grade 1) with extensive experience in artisanal techniques for the complete preparation and production of pastries, as well as handling doughs, creams, and decorations. A company located in Terrassa is looking for an Official Pastry Chef (Grade 1) with over 10 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position and absolute mastery of artisanal techniques to join its production team. Main responsibilities include full pastry preparation and production, preparation of doughs, creams, and fillings, complete pastry assembly (from cutting to final decoration), baking, high-quality finishing, and machinery operation control. The position requires an organized, clean, and autonomous individual. A monthly net salary of €1,700 is offered, paid in 14 installments (prorated), with working hours from Tuesday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Mondays off. Complete preparation and production of all types of pastries. Preparation of doughs and bases. Preparation of creams, fillings, and coatings. Complete pastry assembly (from cutting to final decoration). Control of the baking process. High-quality finishing and presentation of products. Mastery and basic maintenance of pastry equipment. Experience: 120 months.
