Currently, we are seeking a Nurse for the Las Raíces First Reception Center, located in San Cristóbal de La Laguna (Tenerife). Main responsibilities include: * Providing basic healthcare to residents and general health monitoring. * Supervising prescribed pharmaceutical treatment and coordinating with psychological support services when medication administration is required. * Performing specialized wound care. * Coordinating with the public healthcare network (Canarian Health Service). * Preparing reports and opening/managing case files. * Conducting health promotion activities: workshops, talks, etc. * Recording data and services delivered in ACCEM’s various applications: E gorrión, others. * Assisting with other complementary care or intervention tasks for residents, as needed and according to the internal organization of the reception center. * Carrying out any other actions necessary for service delivery.
