Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a student residence, responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Duties include preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, as well as plumbing, electrical, masonry, and locksmithing tasks. The role also involves overall building supervision and maintenance of HVAC systems and elevators, among other similar responsibilities. The contract is full-time, with 40 weekly hours scheduled from Monday to Sunday. Working hours follow a split shift between 09:00 and 18:00, with breaks established by law. Prior experience in maintenance tasks and availability to work on weekends will be valued. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Living near the workplace is an advantage. Fluency in both Spanish and Catalan, both spoken and written. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
