Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and dynamic Kitchen Assistant to support plating service, pre-preparations, maintenance, and cleaning, with a proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Key Highlights: 1. Support in plating service and pre-preparations 2. Operation of fryer, griddle, and dessert assembly 3. Teamwork ability and quick learning We are looking for a responsible and dynamic KITCHEN ASSISTANT to support plating service and pre-preparations, as well as maintenance and cleaning, and other duties inherent to the position. Proactive attitude, teamwork and coordination skills, and speed in execution during and prior to plating service are required; experience in this role and related studies are valued. Quick learning ability and retention of dish assembly processes are essential. Specific responsibilities: operation of fryer, use of griddle, dessert assembly, preparation of mise en place. Availability required: Thursday, Friday, Saturday (afternoon \- night), and Saturday, Sunday (lunchtime); expansion soon to include Friday (lunchtime). Important! Personal vehicle required for return trips after night shifts! Position type: Part-time, Permanent contract Salary: €750.00\-€1,000.00 per month Expected hours: 20 to 30 hours per week Work location: On-site employment
