Immediate incorporation At Bresca, we seek a candidate with prior experience in dining room management, team leadership, and customer orientation to join one of our restaurants in Madrid. Main Responsibilities: * Coordination and supervision of dining room service * Scheduling and team organization for waitstaff * Monitoring service pace and customer attention * Resolving incidents during service * Coordination with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations * Supervision of cleanliness, order, and compliance with standards * Supporting team training and motivation We are looking for someone who: * Has previous experience as Head of Dining Room or Supervisor * Is solution-oriented, organized, and demonstrates leadership * Possesses a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure * Is results-driven and focused on service quality * Has valuable experience in high-volume restaurants We offer: * Stable project with growth potential * Positive work environment * Immediate incorporation * Salary commensurate with experience and responsibility Salary: Starting from €30.000,00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
