Continuous training: we invest in and promote your talent, with special attention to improving your language skills. **Your typical day will sound like this…** * Manage guest reservations for various hotel services. * Greet and escort guests to the dining area, and bid them farewell, following established procedures and standards. * Ensure achievement of departmental objectives, as well as compliance with critical processes and service delivery standards set by the hotel. * Seat guests at their tables, present the menu, and offer daily specials. * Collect guest feedback regarding service and attention at the Restaurant, Bar, and Banquet areas, as well as overall satisfaction. * Receive guest complaints, suggestions, and/or special requests, and escalate them to your immediate supervisor. * Monitor, execute, manage, and verify guest reservations for various points of sale, maintaining real-time awareness of availability. * Provide guests with all relevant information about events and/or special circumstances occurring at the hotel. * Ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty, in accordance with protocols and procedures established by Fuerte Group. * Perform billing, collect payments from guests, and close the cash register. * Manage guests at the entrance of the restaurant/Selected lounge/Solárium/Beach/Pool. * Inform guests about waiting times/buffet schedules. * Serve welcome drinks at the buffet. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this position if…** Vocational or Higher Vocational Training in Food and Beverage Services, Commercial Management, Customer Service, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a 5\* environment and luxury segment. Experience with Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels \& Resorts, or similar is highly valued.
