An SME with 200 employees in Lille, Paris, Lorient \& Madrid, we are experts in qualitative and quantitative studies in France and internationally, and today support our clients with customized studies and a data visualization tool developed by our teams. **In response to a peak in activity, our Madrid team is recruiting telephone interviewers!** **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Are you eager to join a young, multicultural, dynamic, and supportive team? · You will join our human-scale team that blends work and enjoyment on a daily basis. · No commercial prospecting, no selling—only marketing studies commissioned by major international brands! **YOUR ROLE:** · You will conduct telephone surveys for our French market (outbound calls from databases provided by our clients—no commercial calls). · You will be supported throughout your journey with us by your team leader to ensure achievement of your objectives. **PROFILE:** · French holds no secrets for you! · Speaking Spanish is not required—rest assured! · You already possess your NIE. · You have excellent diction. · You enjoy telephone interaction and possess strong interpersonal skills. · You like working autonomously and in a positive atmosphere. · You adapt easily to computer tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams). · Beginners are welcome—no need to worry! Working hours: Monday to Friday, flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM (no weekend work).
