Supporting production processes and continuous material flow An industrial company in the recycling sector, located in San Martín de la Vega, is seeking a forklift operator to join its logistics and plant team. Daily responsibilities include operating counterbalanced forklift trucks for loading, unloading, and moving materials, feeding production lines, and supporting production processes. Strict adherence to all safety and occupational risk prevention regulations is essential, and work must be coordinated with the rest of the team to ensure continuous material flow. **Working hours are organized in rotating shifts:** from Monday to Friday, the afternoon shift runs from 14:00 to 22:00; on weekends, there is a morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00. Monthly scheduling includes working two Sundays, one full weekend, and one weekend off. The contract covers Monday through Sunday and public holidays, always respecting legally mandated rest periods. Initial training and on-the-job mentoring are provided to facilitate adaptation to the industrial environment, offering medium-term stability within production activities. Experience operating counterbalanced forklift trucks is required. No specific academic qualifications are stipulated.
