We are seeking a professional to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks at a hotel located in the Ribera del Duero region. The candidate will work under the supervision of the maintenance team, ensuring the proper functioning of electrical systems, polymer-based components, and common areas. Responsibilities include interventions on conduits, wiring, lighting, and other electrical components, as well as care and repair of polymer elements and upkeep of shared spaces. A proactive approach is required to detect and resolve faults, minimizing downtime. The work environment is dynamic and requires coordination with other departments to guarantee guest safety and comfort. This position offers the opportunity to develop technical skills within an established team, with a continuous full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. Working hours rotate between 7:00 and 16:00, facilitating work-life balance. The contract extends until September 2026, providing medium-term stability. Immediate start is required, making it ideal for candidates available on short notice. Autonomy, initiative, and commitment to service quality will be highly valued. The hotel is situated in a privileged natural setting, adding appeal to the role. The ideal candidate holds specific training in electricity and demonstrable experience in facility maintenance. Additionally, the candidate must have their own vehicle for commuting to the workplace, as no transportation is provided. We seek a methodical, responsible individual with strong problem-solving skills for everyday technical issues. The maintenance team is small, so effective communication and collaborative ability are essential. Annual gross remuneration between €18,000 and €25,000, depending on experience provided. Full-time schedule Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) in a continuous shift, with working hours from 7:00 to 15:00 or from 8:00 to 16:00. Temporary contract until September 2026. Immediate start.
