Work takes place in residential homes in Barcelona; multiple vacancies are available, and candidates may be included in a job pool since numerous temporary replacements arise throughout the year. **Responsibilities:** * Provide necessary assistance with hygiene, medication administration, feeding, dressing, household tasks, maintaining room order and hygienic-sanitary conditions, and overnight supervision. * Stimulate and enhance users’ abilities related to learning or maintaining an active lifestyle. * Develop and implement activities outlined in the Individual Care Plan (ICP) assigned to each user, and jointly evaluate progress with the team, technical director(s), and psychologist, promoting autonomy according to users’ needs and preferences. * Collaborate in health-related care and prevention, treatments, and oral or topical medication administration per medical instructions. Assist in managing and monitoring sphincter incontinence. * Conduct tutoring of assigned users. * Maintain communication with family members or legal guardians, informing them of the general condition of the person under care, advising on basic needs (clothing, nutrition, health, etc.), and coordinating with other services related to the user (e.g., occupational workshops...). * Execute established or mandatory protocols and records: medication administration, hygiene, home diary, and others as required. * Receive and issue written information to coordinate with the technical director. Report any incidents to the relevant professional (e.g., psychologist, technical director...) to improve care for the person under care. * Develop and monitor ICPs; monitor health status; manage clothing inventory... * Maintain and supervise the home and equipment: laundry, kitchen, rooms, table linens, bed sheets... * Ensure application of established protocols. * Respond to emergencies occurring at the residence (e.g., medical issues, falls...). * Supervise, and if needed, maintain technical aids (e.g., walkers, crutches, wheelchairs...). * Encourage user participation in recreational activities both inside the residence (monthly leisure activity schedule) and outside (community-based services). * Collaborative and coordinated teamwork with other professionals. * Attend periodic team meetings with the entity’s technical director and psychologist. * Participate in center improvement plans, such as specific projects for residences—for example: implementing alternative communication systems, dog-assisted therapy... * Weekly/monthly assemblies with users to discuss cohabitation-related topics and/or needs. **Profile:** * Healthcare, educational, or social training. * Prior experience providing care to adults with functional diversity, preferably in residential settings. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Seriousness, punctuality, and responsibility.
