We're rolling out our network across the country at an unprecedented pace: Valencian Community, Balearic Islands, Andalusia, Madrid, Catalonia… with a development plan for **more than 120 stores**, and an opening schedule that this summer has launched new stores in five autonomous communities. **Gandía is our flagship store.** This is where the O'Dreams standard is born and refined — then replicated across the entire network. We're looking for a **Cashier** to join this team — and we're looking for much more than someone who handles the register. **Your responsibilities** * Serve and process payments efficiently and courteously at the cash register. * Recommend products: know the menu, suggest items, help customers discover something new. * Prepare and serve café items and display-case products according to the O'Dreams standard. * Keep the store immaculate: restocking, display maintenance, cleaning, and organization. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP) applied throughout the network. * Deliver exceptional customer experience: at O'Dreams, no one comes just to buy — they come to enjoy a great moment. **What we’re looking for** * **Attitude, energy, and a genuine smile.** Operating a register can be taught; enthusiasm cannot. * Customer orientation and attention to detail. * Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Eagerness to work as part of a team and take responsibility: in our stores, every person matters. * Residence in Gandía or surrounding areas. * Prior experience in retail, bakery, café, ice cream shop, or organized food service is valued but **not required: we train from scratch.** **And now, the important part: where you can go** When a brand opens stores nonstop, something rare happens elsewhere: **it needs people ready to lead them.** Store managers, shift supervisors, trainers, opening teams — and these people come from within.
