Job Summary: We are seeking proactive hospitality staff with excellent customer service skills to deliver high-quality service in bars and hotels during a campaign, managing orders and maintaining workspace order. Efficient order management and workspace cleanliness We seek hospitality professionals with a clear focus on customer service to join our teams across various establishments such as bars and hotels. The position requires delivering high-quality service during a campaign starting in March. Main responsibilities include direct guest interaction both in the dining area and at the bar, ensuring each customer enjoys a positive experience. Preparing a variety of beverages and coffees, as well as serving buffet-style meals and breakfasts, will also be required, depending on each venue’s specific needs. Additionally, maintaining workspace cleanliness and order is essential. This includes the bar area, tables, and the specific zone assigned to each employee. Efficient order management and use of the point-of-sale (TPV) system for order entry and payment processing are key to smooth service delivery. Consistent organizational skills and efficiency—even during peak hours—will be highly valued. A proactive attitude, friendly and excellent interaction with customers, and strong teamwork orientation are essential. Selected candidates must be available to start work during Easter Week. Full-time schedule with shifts distributed Monday through Sunday, including two regularly scheduled days off. Salary will be determined according to professional category and the Collective Agreement for the Hospitality Sector in Cantabria. Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in hotels, restaurants, or cafés with high-volume operations. Proficiency in tray handling and knowledge of service protocols. Proactive attitude, excellent public interaction skills, and ability to work effectively in a team. Availability to commence employment during Easter Week.
