The spacious and sophisticated rooms and suites are distributed across the original 18th-century manor house, restored traditional outbuildings, and a series of newly constructed buildings—crafted with great care amid aromatic gardens. **Position Description:** As a Waiter/Waitress at Vestige Collection, you will be an ambassador of our gastronomic experience, combining technical skill with product knowledge to create unique moments for our guests. Every service is an opportunity to exceed expectations and contribute to an exceptional culinary experience for our guests. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Greet and welcome guests, escort them to their table, and present the menu * Take orders meticulously, advising on dishes, ingredients, preparation techniques, and recommendations * Serve food and beverages using professional techniques * Serve wine correctly: presentation, opening, decanting (if applicable), and serving at the appropriate temperature * Proactively and discreetly anticipate and attend to guests’ needs throughout the entire experience * Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure optimal timing, verify dish presentation, and confirm correct temperatures before service * Set up and break down tables (mise en place): linens, cutlery, glassware, and décor according to established standards * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area throughout service * Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service, reporting incidents and supporting all necessary areas * Assist with hotel events, private dinners, and pool setup alongside the Housekeeping department **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in quality restaurants, 4\-5 star hotels, or high-end gastronomic establishments * Professional training in restaurant service (FP) * Mastery of professional service techniques: tray handling, right/left-side service, etc. * Knowledge of wines and gastronomy: ingredients, culinary techniques, kitchen terminology, and ability to confidently explain the menu * Experience with point-of-sale systems * Ability to responsibly manage dietary restrictions, allergies, and intolerances * Basic familiarity with digital order management systems * Basic English proficiency * Strong communication skills to connect with guests from diverse cultures * Attention to detail and teamwork orientation * Stress management and proactive attitude * Flexibility to adapt to changing paces, unforeseen situations, and various service types (breakfast, lunch, dinner, events) * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to join a soulful hospitality project that rescues heritage and creates memorable experiences * Integration into a rapidly growing professional team in 2026 * Training and growth opportunities within Vestige Collection * Full-time fixed-term intermittent contract * A collaborative and respectful work environment in a privileged natural setting * Location in Menorca **Do you identify with this project?** If this challenge inspires you—if you share our passion for creating unique experiences for our guests—we would love to meet you.
