Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles. Set up and maintain cleanliness of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other equipment. Prepare fresh drink garnishes. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport supplies to the bar setup area. Wash soiled glasses. Remove soiled dishes from bar tops and tables and place them in designated areas. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Process all payment methods. At shift end, count the bank, complete the designated cashier report, resolve discrepancies, deposit receipts, and secure the bank. Ensure security of alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Perform closing duties. Comply with all company, safety, and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions to management; complete safety training and obtain required certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; protect company assets. Welcome all guests, express appreciation, anticipate and address guest service needs, and sincerely thank guests—per company standards. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Build and maintain positive relationships with fellow employees; support team efforts toward achieving common goals; listen to and appropriately respond to colleagues’ concerns. Consistently uphold expected quality and standards. Read and visually verify information presented in various formats (e.g., small print). Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout an entire shift. Lift, carry, move, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Grasp, rotate, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights. Move through confined spaces, narrow areas, and elevated locations. Navigate uneven, slippery, or sloped surfaces; ascend and descend stairs and ramps. Reach overhead and below knee level by bending, twisting, pulling, and squatting. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors. Desired Qualifications Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience: Minimum one year of related experience. Supervisory Experience: None.
