At Grupo Ceviche, Barcelona's leading Peruvian cuisine group with over 20 years of experience, we are seeking to hire a **Rotisserie Chef** for our restaurant located at the pollería **Rikos Badal.** If you have experience preparing Peruvian rotisserie chicken, are passionate about cooking, and seek professional stability and growth, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities** * Prepare and cook Peruvian rotisserie chicken following company recipes and quality standards. * Operate rotary ovens and grills. * Monitor cooking times, temperature, and product quality. * Prepare meats and assist at the grill. * Collaborate with the kitchen team on mise en place, side dishes, and other preparations as needed. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * Comply with food safety and food handling regulations. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a rotisserie chef or grill cook. * Demonstrable experience preparing Peruvian rotisserie chicken. * Grill operation knowledge. * Basic knowledge of Peruvian cuisine. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Responsible, organized, and committed individual. **Conditions** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Rotating schedule. * Split shift. * Salary: **€1,949.73 gross per month** **We Offer** * Opportunities for career advancement within Grupo Ceviche. * 20% discount at all Grupo restaurants.
