Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper. **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING** We are looking for skilled back end focused software engineers with experience working with Java \& Kotlin , along with Spring Boot, Kubernetes and AWS, who have experience working in a software on demand production environment. You will build Cloud\-native, AWS\- b ased , greenfield software and will have time and support to invent solutions to a wide variety of user, business, and technical challenges. We have no cut\-and\-paste roles and neither will your software be of the cut\-and\-paste (or integrate and configure) variety. We operate a 'build it and own it' culture, and so you will have a DevOps and individual contributor mindset These will be key hires for back\-end building squads and help shape this area of the business for scale and be a key member of a fast\-growing global team! **EXPERIENCE** * Software development in Java (Spring Boot) \& Kotlin \- design, build, and deploy * Production deployment experience working with AWS * Experience with automated build and test systems for CI/CD (using Docker, Jenkins, etc ) * Experienced in true Agile and its engineering practices with a true DevOps mindset **EDUCATION** * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience. **SKILLS \& KNOWLEDGE** * Back\-end Development with Java or Kotlin * Fluent in English * Able to deal with ambiguity and change. * A self\-starter who's able to work independently where necessary, without waiting for others. A strong sense of ownership is key to the way we work. * Strong communication skills . **LOCATIONS** * The vacancies will be fully remote based out of either Spain, Portugal or the Netherlands.
