We are looking for someone to join Musky as a **Full Stack Developer (Javascript)** to develop and enhance our digital products with scalable, high-quality code, adding value to the user experience in a rapidly growing environment. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop new web application and API features for customer, pet, and policy management. * Optimize existing features, ensuring code quality and scalability in a continuously growing environment. * Apply sound development practices to ensure maintainable code, working within a modern architecture. * Participate in technical decision-making, coordinated with our CTO and Team Lead. * Share information and collaborate with other team members, following Agile (Scrum) methodologies. * **Our tech stack:** + Backend: NodeJS / Fastify / MongoDB + Frontend: Vue.js / Nuxt + Cloud: Azure ### **Requirements** * 3+ years of end-to-end software development experience in both backend and frontend, ideally in startup or scale-up environments. * Experience programming in Javascript, HTML, CSS (intermediate to advanced level). * **Backend Knowledge:** + NodeJS / Fastify / Express (or other Node-based frameworks) + Essential MongoDB knowledge (connectivity via Mongoose) - Interpretation/modification of data schemas - CRUD operations * **Frontend Knowledge:** + VueJS / Nuxt (or equivalent frameworks such as React or Svelte) + Data communication between components + State management + Interaction with REST APIs + CSS flexbox / grid / BEM methodology (optional) + Mobile-first coding for responsive development * Experience using Git. * Team-oriented mindset, aligned with Agile (Scrum) principles. * Experience with AI-based development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.). * Motivation toward professional development, eager for continuous learning and readiness to take on new responsibilities. * Advanced level of Spanish and English (ability to read technical documentation and participate in written code reviews in English). **Especially valued:** * Knowledge of Azure (particularly App Services), monitoring and tracking tools, etc., or equivalent cloud platforms (GCP, AWS). * Intermediate/advanced MongoDB knowledge. * Experience with Jira, Figma, or other project management tools. ### **Benefits** * Join an ambitious and collaborative project and team. * Flexible work mode and schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days flexible). * 28 vacation days. * Offices located in central Barcelona. *We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic team.
