Responsibilities:* Design and implement integrations with Genesys Cloud APIs. * Connect Genesys with Chatbots/Voicebots (third-party bots). * Capture and expose key data (intents, summaries, metrics, duration). * Configure and optimize flows in Genesys Architect. * Collaborate in designing integration architecture. Requirements:* Solid experience with Genesys Cloud CX, Web Messaging, and Open Messaging. * Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, Webhooks, Audiohooks. * Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java. * Experience with integration architectures and microservices. * Good command of English (spoken and written).
